Even though the remodel was some years ago, this condo is as cute as can be with granite countertops and stainless appliances and dark wood floors and a great bathroom. Newer washer and dryer. Small balcony that is functional for enjoying the outdoors. It lives larger with its open plan, vaulted ceilings and great use of space. One tenant even said "That storage area is huge!". I laughed, nothing is quite huge in this place. Two skylights add wonderful light. Note every star point condo was built with a wood burning fireplace and all recent sales have them, but the HOA has BANNED all wood burning in units after a fire in another building, and the fireplaces cannot be used nor gas BBQ's. This condo has a wonderful gas fireplace that can be used and enjoyed. Reserved Parking space 60 is right in front and there is plenty of visitor parking in this area of the complex, even if not true in other areas of the complex. HOA fee is very good compared to most places out there, and this is the rare condo complex that can still go FHA. Brand new electrical panel also. (Complies with recent HOA requirement).
